- Worked with three other interns to develop an incident reporting feature within the Capital One agent servicing platform
to streamline the incident reporting process and improve incident resolvement rate.
- Developed back-end infrastructure with NodeJS to gather user input and page metadata and create an incident on the
enterprise IT platform via a RESTful API.

online billing system.
- Explored and outlined how to integrate the portal with 8 on-site measuring devices via RESTful APIs to enable the
portal to display real-time solar production data to users.
